Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Napoli, Pompei, Capri! Perfect location of apartment - heart of the city but inside the apartment it was quiet. The city is perfectly located - 35 mins to Napoli and 10 min to Sorrento and Pompei by Circumvesuviana. The host was very friendly and helpful - he came to check if we need anything - so that we felt confident in case of any problems. He speaks perfect English and lives nearby. Apartment was new and clean, well equipped with coffee maker etc. Rooms were exactly the same as on photos. We are very happy with our stay and recommend this place! If we come back to Castellammare di Stabia, we will definitely stay there again.
Prima plaats voor bezoek aan de Vesuvius en Pompeii. Ruim appartement, bestaande uit eetkeuken, slaapkamer en badkamer. Vooral het terras is zeer ruim met mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Wel wat trappen op, want een lift ontbreekt. Ook even zoeken naar de ingang, een deurtje in een poort die op een kasteel niet zou misstaan, biedt toegang. De eigenaar en zijn familie zijn hartelijk en geven je zo nodig tips. Het dorpje zelf heeft voldoende winkels, restaurant en een boulevard die in de avond vol loopt. Het treinstation (circle vesuvio) ligt op vijf minuten lopen. Een (kiezel)strand ligt op zo'n 30 minuten lopen richting Vico Enquense. Wil je de wat anders eten dan pizza en pasta, ga dan naar Le Tre Vele, het restaurant ligt een straatje erachter en biedt buiten uiteraard de pizza's een heerlijke maaltijd.
Wenn bei Capri die Sonne im Meer versinkt! Gepäck wurde die 4 Stockwerke ohne Aufzug hochgetragen. Sehr sauber.
Très bien situé pour la visite de Naples et ses environs. Logement très bien situé: près de la gare (pour aller facilement visiter Naples et les sites de Pompéi, Herculanum), des petits commerces, du port pour départ sur les iles, dans un quartier très animé. Appartement très bien équipé (lave-linge, lave vaisselle , très belle cuisine), et très bien isolé des bruits extérieurs de la rue, l'autre coté donnant sur un jardin maraîcher. Cafetière expresso et son café ainsi que des viennoiseries nous attendaient.
Komfort i wygoda w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Blisko dworca kolejowego , centrum oraz morza. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. W pokoju soki, mleko,kawa, herbata. Polecam to miejsce jako bazę wypadową do zwiedzania wybrzeża Amalfi - które jest bajeczne.
Excelente lugar para alojarse y conocer la Costa amalfitana y Pompeya. Posizione ottima per raggiungere la costa amalfitana, Pompei e Reggia di Caserta. Fermata della circumvesuviana a due passi. Terrazza e vista eccezionali. Staff disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Posiciòn optima para llegar a la costa Amalfitana, Pompeya y Caserta. Parada del tren a dos pasos. Terraza y vista espectacular. Staff siempre disponible.

“Excellent central location to explore from” A very comfortable apartment to relax in, once you have negotiated the 4 flights of stairs. Antonello and his mother made us feel very welcome and we especially appreciated that milk, bread and breakfast ingredients were provided as well as an expresso machine. We stayed for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed for longer. In comparison to Naples and Sorrento, Castellammare di Stabia is a small and not too busy town. The promenade is in the process of being refurbished and this will greatly enhance the town. The apartment is ideally located, only 2-3 minutes away from the promenade and railway station.
“Very good location&helpfull family” Tetto fiorito is very close to every thing:train station,bus from the airport,restorants,shops &the sea. We could every morning buy good fresh bread & vegetables and fruits. The apartment is clean and nice.The kitchenette is very well equippet. Antonello ,his mother and his family are ready to help and solve any problem.
“Perfect Location to visit Pompeji, Herculaneum, Amalfi etc.” Castellammare di Stabia is an ancient city, that was equally destroyed 79 like Pompeji and Herculaneum. Two beautiful (and to tourist almost unknown) roman villas bear testimony to this part of history. Today the city it self is not very beautiful, but perfectly located to visit Pompeji, Herculanem, Sorrento etc. Tetto Fioroto is a charming accommodation with kitchen, beautiful balcony and - very important in South Italy - air conditioning. It also offers Wi-Fi and international TV. We've enjoyed our stay there very much and would book the holiday flat at our next visit again! :-)
“Italien pur und der perfekte Standort für Ausflüge” Aufgrund des Standorts hatten wir uns für Castellammare di Stabia entschieden. Es ist kein touristischer Ort, aber man erreicht Städte wie Neapel, wunderschöne Orte wie Positano und Sorrento sowie archäologische Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Pompeji, Herculaneum, Torre Annunziata (Villa von Oplontis) von dort extrem schnell ( der Bahnhof ist nur 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt). Darüber hinaus befinden sich in Castellammare noch zwei großartige antike Villen mit schönen Wandmalereien,bei denen sich eine Besichtigung lohnt. Wir hatten das grüne Apartment gemietet und es war perfekt. Es war absolut sauber und groß. Wir hatten ein großes Schlafzimmer mit ausreichend Schränken um unsere Sachen zu verstauen. Es gibt eine Küche mit einem Tisch, so dass man sich prima selbst versorgen kann. Für Frühstück und sogar Kaffee ist gesorgt. : ) Das Bad ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr groß und hat eine Badewanne. Durch die Klimaanlage ist die Wohnung nicht zu warm und man kann gut schlafen. Das Apartment bietet mehr Komfort als man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet: es gibt z.B. schnelles WLan, einen Vergrößerungsspiegel, Seife und Fön. Auf der sonnigen Terrasse gibt es zwei Liegen und eine Hollywoodschaukel und die Aussicht auf die Berge ist super. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, so dass man gut zu Fuß sein muss. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da man so auch mal eine Pizza, Pasta, Arancini, Eis (sehr lecker!) mehr essen konnte- ohne schlechtes Gewissen ; ) Antonello und seine Familie sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns bei der Parkplatzsuche geholfen, haben uns Tipps gegeben, Restaurants gezeigt und wir konnten uns jederzeit an sie wenden. Das war viel mehr als wir erwartet haben und wir bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Wir vermissen die sonnige und gemütliche Terrasse jetzt schon!

“Characterful place to stay in a brilliant location” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tetto Fiorito. The apartment is characterful and clean with a well-equipped kitchen and excellent Wi-Fi (we found this useful for checking travel details / opening times etc). Antonello and his family gave us an incredibly warm welcome and couldn't have been more helpful, including carrying our luggage on arrival - should point out that the apartment is on the roof which does mean there are lots of stairs, not a problem for us, but mentioning as could be for others. Castellammare is a lively little town with some excellent restaurants and when we stayed, very few other tourists. It's a place which is a bit rough around the edges - although the town centre is attractive and must stress that we felt safe at all times - so it's not picture perfect but it is real. We enjoyed feeling like locals when we did our food shopping and had some excellent - and inexpensive - meals out. The location (very close to the train station) makes it easy to visit Pompeii and Herculaneum, we'd also recommend going to the local villas in Stabia which are within walking distance. It's only about three-quarters of an hour by train to Naples and you can easily get a ferry to Capri, via Sorrento. We loved it here and were sad to come away.
“Great location for visiting Pompeii, Capri, and Sorrento” General: We had a relaxing stay in June at Tetto Fiorito, and it was very easy to reach from the Naples airport. We took the bus that Antonello had recommended to us, and Antotello's place was about a 10-minute walk from where the bus had dropped us off. Antonello's sister and mother were there to greet us, and made sure to get anything we needed, like cereal, milk, or pastries. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is worthing mentioning that even though it is a B&B, it is not your typical English-style B&B where they make breakfast for you. I don't think Italians really do breakfast with eggs and sausage, but honestly, it was a hot couple of days and we were fine with yogurt and cereal and we were able to get fruits from around the corner. It was great having a kitchen to make pasta when we came back from a full day of touring around. The area: Although Castellammare is not your typical picturesque town, which some would expect, but it's a quaint town with little grocery shops and great restaurants. If you really want to stay like a local, I would stay here. The B&B is close to a lot of narrow streets that hold little shops with vegetables, pasta, milk, cheese, etc. There was also a bakery next door where we got our morning bread. The people in the town are friendly and helpful too. Although on Google Maps it shows that the town is close to the water, you cannot lay out near the water. If you want more of the beach experience, it's better to go to Sorrento (which is where we went). The train station is basically right around the corner from the hotel and the station attendant speaks a little English, which was helpful for us. Traveling around: Easy to get to Pompeii, Capri, and Sorrento for day trips via train. Last but not least, our flight was moved up earlier and we were unable to take the bus to the airport since it did not leave at 6am. So, Antonello was able to arrange for his brother to take us to the airport, which was much cheaper than taking a taxi at 6am! All in all, we had a great stay at Tetto Fiorito, and would recommend anyone looking for a local experience & a good base for visiting Pompeii, Capri, and Sorrento.
